Therapy might be right for you if you’ve been feeling stuck or overwhelmed, struggling to open up, connect with others, manage your emotions, or navigate relationships, or if being alone feels uncomfortable, especially when you’ve felt like you had to carry things on your own or stay strong for everyone else. If part of you wants to talk but worries about being judged or not fully understood, you don’t have to hold it all by yourself; we can start with a brief consultation and go at your pace.
-
During your first session, we’ll take time to get to know you, what’s been bringing you in, how long you’ve been carrying it, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. You can expect a relaxed, judgment-free space where you don’t have to share everything all at once; we’ll move at your pace and begin building a foundation for the work ahead.
-
My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and insight-oriented, meaning we’ll work together to understand the patterns, experiences, and emotions that shape how you show up in your life and relationships. I integrate different approaches based on your needs, creating a space where you feel seen, challenged, and supported as you grow.
-
I commonly help clients work through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and difficulties with communication and emotional expression. Many of the people I work with are also navigating identity, self-worth, and patterns that show up in their relationships, especially when it comes to feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of themselves.
-
That’s more common than you might think, and it doesn’t mean therapy can’t work for you. Sometimes it comes down to finding the right fit or a different approach, and we can explore what didn’t feel helpful before so we can create a space that feels more supportive and aligned with what you need now.
-
I offer individual and couples counseling for adolescents and adults, with sessions available both virtually and in person. My work focuses on helping you better understand yourself, improve your relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

If you are experiencing a crisis or need immediate support, please note that I do not provide emergency services. In these situations, please call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline for 24/7 support; for non-urgent concerns, feel free to reach out to schedule a session and we can explore support together.
-
Yes, what you share in therapy is confidential and protected by law, meaning it stays between us. The only exceptions are situations involving safety concerns, such as risk of harm to yourself or others, or when required by law, which we’ll review together so you feel fully informed and comfortable.
